About dsb.dk
DSB holds all rights to dsb.dk and its individual components, including names, logos, trademarks, texts, catalogs, designs, graphics, films, audio files, images, games, programming, software, and databases.
As a user, you are permitted to perform individual searches on the website, including downloading and printing, provided it is for private use, including internal use within companies. Apart from this limited permission, systematic searching, copying, distribution, or publication of the website or parts thereof is not allowed without DSB's consent.
1.1 You make a purchase on dsb.dk as a guest.
If you purchase on dsb.dk as a guest, you only need to provide your email address. This also means that you will not be able to access an overview of your purchases..
1.2 You can make purchases on dsb.dk using your DSB profile.
You can choose to create a profile or log in to your existing profile to purchase your ticket. Once you have purchased your ticket through your profile, you can log in to the DSB app to view an overview of the purchases made with your profile.

System Requirements and Delivery
2.1 System requirements
Tickets purchased on dsb.dk are sent to you in PDF format via email. This means you need a PDF reader on your device to view the ticket, and you must bring the ticket with you on your journey.
2.2 Delivery
Your order is complete once you have received your ticket via email. Always ensure that you have received your ticket before traveling. It is your responsibility to confirm that the ticket has been successfully received via email before starting your journey. You must ensure that the ticket is available for inspection throughout the entire journey.

Ticket Inspection
You can either print the attached ticket or display it on your mobile, tablet, or PC during ticket inspection. The ticket must be shown in its entirety, and the code on the ticket must be scannable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the validity of the ticket can be verified by the inspection staff by scanning the barcode and that it is not damaged in any way.
If you choose to print the ticket, it must be printed on white A4 paper.

Payment Methods
When purchasing tickets on dsb.dk, you can pay with a payment card, MobilePay, Apple Pay, or by invoice if your employer has a corporate agreement with DSB.
The payment will be deducted from your account when we send the ticket.
DSB uses Friisbii as its Payment Service Provider, ensuring secure transactions. Friisbii is certified according to the PCI standard. Learn more about the PCI Security Standards Council.
In the case of a refund, the amount will be returned to the payment card used for the purchase..

4. MobilePay
You can pay with MobilePay if you are registered as a MobilePay customer and have the MobilePay app. When using MobilePay, you are subject to the applicable terms and conditions for MobilePay. You can always view these terms in your MobilePay app.
In the case of a refund, the amount will be immediately returned to the account linked to your MobilePay.
- Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay if you have set up Apple Pay on your Apple device. When using Apple Pay, you are subject to the applicable terms and conditions for Apple Pay. Learn more about the Security and Privacy for Apple Pay.
- Commercial agreement (B2B)
You must create a DSB profile and be logged in to travel as a corporate customer.
If your company has a corporate agreement with DSB, you will automatically see the option to travel as a corporate customer and pay using the payment methods available under your company’s agreement with DSB (payment card, MobilePay, Apple Pay, or invoice).
The email address in your DSB Plus profile must match the one you use in the Corporate Portal.

Any form of misuse or copying of tickets is illegal and may result in a police report.

We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications and to correct typographical errors..
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
The applicable terms and conditions can always be found on dsb.dk. DSB reserves the right to change these terms, including prices, fees, and services, in the following situations:
- Changes in legislation or practices
- Increased costs for our services, including costs related to administration, distribution, and personnel
- Significant changes to the services, benefits, or offerings provided by DSB and its partners, including how profiles and Plus are used
If the changes are disadvantageous to you, they will be announced on dsb.dk at least two months before they take effect.
Changes that are not disadvantageous to you may be implemented without notice by publishing them on dsb.dk.
- Objections
DSB highlights that self-service products are subject to specific terms, as outlined in DSB’s conditions for the respective products.
If you regret your purchase or do not receive the product, you must always contact DSB Customer Service at 70 13 14 15.
If you contact your bank to request a refund for a payment made to DSB, a fee of 250 DKK may apply. DSB reserves the right to charge this fee if it can document that the transaction was completed correctly.
