Terms and conditions for purchase and use of DSB 1' supplement

1. Validity 

You can buy DSB 1' supplement when you travel with InterCity, InterCityLyn, Lyn+ and with most regional trains. DSB 1's supplement purchased for regional trains is only valid for regional trains (Re). 

DSB 1's supplement is valid for one progressive journey but is not tied to a specific train. You are free to choose which connection you take, if it is within the current ticket day. 
The ticket day does not follow the normal calendar day but applies in the period from 04:00 to 03:59 the next day. 

If you buy a DSB 1’ supplement for departure between 00:00 and 03:59, the validity will follow the calendar day, but your journey must have started no later than 03:59. 

Remember that a separate seat reservation is required in DSB 1's compartment to be sure of a seat when you buy DSB 1' supplement. 

1.1 Special conditions about travel to Bornholm 

DSB 1' supplement is not sold on journeys to or from Bornholm. 

2. Customer types 

It is possible to buy DSB 1' supplement for all customer types. 

2.1 Special conditions for dogs and other animals 

Except for guide dogs and service dogs, it is not allowed to bring dogs or other animals into the DSB 1' compartment. You must always carry documentation of guide dog and service dog. 

3. Refund 

A DSB 1' supplement can be refunded up to the day before the departure date. 

3.1 Special terms for those who have purchased DSB 1' at the same time as a seat reservation and/or ticket 

If you have purchased DSB 1' supplement and seat reservation in the same purchase, the entire purchase can be refunded up to the day before the departure date. 

If you have purchased DSB 1's supplement in the same purchase as the ticket itself, you can see in the terms of use and purchase of the individual ticket which rules apply: 

• If you have purchased a single or a zone ticket 
• If you have purchased an Orange ticket 
• If you have bought an Orange Free ticket
