Changes and varying schedules with InterCity until August

As a traveler using InterCity locally on the route between Copenhagen and Slagelse, you will experience modified and varying schedules from June 1st until August 25th.

In the coming months, Banedanmark will be renewing the tracks, and along the way, timetables will change in accordance with Banedanmark's construction work.

Changes between København and Slagelse

  • Monday, June 10th through Monday, July 1st

    Overview

    From Monday, June 10th through Monday, July 1st, InterCity and InterCityLyn will operate on a modified schedule between Copenhagen and Slagelse, and InterCity will not stop at Valby, Høje Taastrup, or Roskilde.

    Copenhagen – Aarhus H

    • Departs from Copenhagen Central Station at minute '53 (11 minutes earlier)

    • Arrives at Copenhagen Central Station at minute '07 (11 minutes later)

    Copenhagen – Esbjerg

    • Does not operate between Copenhagen and Odense
    • Instead, an extra regional train operates between Copenhagen and Slagelse
    • The regional train departs from Copenhagen Central Station at minute '20 (9 minutes earlier)
    • The regional train arrives at Copenhagen Central Station at minute '40 (9 minutes later)

    • Stops in Ringsted
