free of charge when they are going on the annual school camp.
• Order at least 10 weeks in advance.
• The school camp must be minimum 3 and maximum 13 school days.
• Max 40 people (including teachers).
• Log in using the school number provided by the Danish Ministry of Education.
One free School Camp Ticket a year
Once a year, pupils and teachers can travel by train (and certain ferries) free of charge when they are going on school camp.
The school camp must be minimum 3 and maximum 13 school days and at least two nights..
Log in and order using the school number.
You need to log in using the school's phone number and the 6-digit school number when you order the school trip.
The order must be made for a class (max 40 people incl. teachers). Once the order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail with a link you need to click to confirm the order. .
Order the School Camp Ticket between two train stations
The School Camp Ticket can only be ordered between two train stations (and some ferry crossings) and is not valid for connection busses or the metro.

Remember to cancel your school trip if you are not going anyway. You can do so by writing to skole@dsb.dk or calling +45 24 68 91 57 from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 noon.
If you do not cancel your trip, the school will be charged a fee of up to DKK 100 per person.

The following problems are typically the reason why you cannot order:
- Are there at least 10 weeks (71 days) until your trip?
- Does the school number have 6 digits?
- Did the school change telephone number?
- Are you more than 40 people (including teachers)?
- Is the trip for minimum 3 and maximum 13 school days?
- Have you entered train stations in the to and from fields?

As soon as you have completed the order, you will receive an e-mail with a link you need to click to confirm the order. Your order will be cancelled after four days if you have not clicked on the link in the e-mail.

If you want to travel abroad on school camp, you can travel by train for free within Denmark.

The following guidelines apply to school trips with minor pupils to Bornholm via Sweden who are accompanied by teachers:
Children/adolescents under the age of 18 who are citizens of the Nordic countries, the EU and the EEA are not required to bring a passport*:
- - The teachers must bring their own valid picture ID (i.e. passport or similar)
- - List of the pupils' personal information (full name and date of birth)
- - Approval from the guardians of minors specifying that the accompanying adult(s) are responsible for the minors.
* School trip participants who have turned 18 must bring a passport, driving licence or national ID card.

Minors who are not citizens of the Nordic countries, the EU or the EEA but who reside in a member state and have a residence permit do not need to bring a passport, but the must fill out a form.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to stop and visit Copenhagen on your trip.

It is not possible to sleep in a sleeping bag on the deck. On the ferry, you will spend the night in airline-type seats if you do not book and pay for cabins directly with Bornholmslinjen.

You can bring hand luggage on the train. Hand luggage is bags, packages and other items whose dimensions do not exceed 100x60x30 cm.

No, unfortunately you cannot bring bicycles on school trips.
Group Ticket for a single trip
If you are going on a class trip that falls outside the scope of a School Camp Ticket, you can travel cheaply in Denmark with a Group Ticket.
