How lost property is handled

If you forget something on your journey and we find it, we will store it for up to 7 days. It will be handed over to the police as follows:

• Copenhagen – Lost and Found Office at the Police Headquarters in Copenhagen (tel. +45 38 74 88 22)
• Aarhus – Police headquarters in Aarhus (tel. +45 87 31 14 03)

If we find lost property that contains personal data, we will try to contact the owner.
