Buy tickets or cards, follow your train and much more in the DSB App
In DSB App you can buy tickets, cards and search for your journey. Some functions in the app requires a DSB Plus profile – for example buying a commuter card, transferring tickets to a new phone, and earning points on your travels.

You can do even more in the DSB App with DSB Plus
If you have signed up for DSB Plus, you can transfer you tickets to a new phone and you can save your credit card information on your profile. You just have to login and save it.

Traffic Information in DSB App
It is now possible to receive notifications with traffic information in DSB App. You can sign up for notifications when you have signed up for DSB Plus and you have logged in.

Earn Point While You Travel
In DSB App you can earn points when you buy tickets or cards while you are logged in to you DSB Plus profile. You receive your points on the day after you travels or when your commuter card has expired.
As soon as you have created a DSB Plus profile and have said 'yes' to earning points, you will receive 49 welcome points. With 49 points in your account, it means that the next time you buy a ticket, you will have enough points for a cup of coffee.
Your Commuter Card is in the app
With a DSB Commuter Card for adults or children it is possible to travel freely in public transport in the chosen zones for a fixed, low price either with or without the metro supplement. You can easily buy and renew you commuter card in DSB App, and you can choose to receive a message when your card is close to the expiration date.
With a DSB Commuter Check you can see if a commuter card is the best option for you in terms of price, CO2 emissions and the time you use on travels

Avoid the Penalty Fare
If you forget you phone or it runs out of power, meaning you are unable to show your ticket or card in the app, you can avoid the Penalty Fare of 750 DKK if you have signed up to DSB Plus and the service Forgot Card beforehand.
Buy seat reservation
In DSP App you can buy both Seat Reservation and Commuter Seat Reservation. If you have a commuter card in the app, you can buy a commuter seat reservation for only 10 DKK for the entire or part of your journey. There is a limited number of commuter seat reservations so be sure to reserve your seat ahead of time.
Upgrade your commuter card to DSB 1’
If you commute by train and prefer to travel on business class, you can buy the DSB 1’ supplement in the app. Then you can focus on your work or read today’s newspapers while enjoying a cup of coffee, tea or bottle of water when travelling with InterCity, InterCityLyn or Lyn+.
On the station you can get a bottle of water or a cup of coffee or tea in 7-Eleven, if you show your commuter card.

Refund you tickets and cards in DSB App
If you have bought tickets in DSB App and you want a refund, you can do so directly in the app until the day before your travel. If you want to refund an active commuter card, you can have the rest of the period refunded minus 8 days. If the card is not active yet you can refund the entire amount.
If you have bought an Orange Fri ticket in the app but you do not need it anyway, you can easily have it refunded up until 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
The cost of the ticket or card will automatically be refunded and send to your credit card.

You can easily cancel a purchase in DSB App by following these three steps:
- Find your ticket or card under the menu point “Overview”.
- Click on the ticket or card.
- Scroll to the bottom where you will find the button “Refund”. Click on it to refund your ticket.
The button is only active if you can refund the ticket or card.

If you have a profile on our Business Portal, then you can buy a ticket using an invoice if you are signed in to DSB Plus.
It is important that the e-mail you use to log into the app with, is the same as the one your company have usd for your profile in the Business Portal.
If you already have a DSB Plus profile with another e-mail address, you must change the e-mail address of your DSB Plus profile to be the one you are also using at the Business Portal. Then you can buy tickets and cards using an invoice.

Yes. If your company has made an agreement with DSB Business, you will have the option or paying by invoice.
If you travel in your private time, you must simply choose another method of payment than invoice. Then the amount of the ticket or card will be drawn from the chosen credit card.

Yes, our payment system has 3-D Secure. It is an extra security layer, which provides you with a higher level of security when shopping online using Visa, MasterCard and Dankort. It means you will receive an SMS with a code to use when you shop.

Your iPhone must be updated to iOS 15 or higher, and your Android phone must be updated to version 8.0 or higher to be able to use DSB App for buying tickets and cards.
DSB reserves the right to cease supporting older operating systems. If we cease to support an older system, we will notify you no later than a month before. The notification will be sent to the e-mail stated in your profile.
We recommend you always update to the newest operating system to receive the best experience in DSB App.

In order to get your Ungdomskort in DSP App, you must be logged in. It is important that the e-mail you use for DSB Plus is the same as the one you used when you ordered your Ungdomskort. If you have used another e-mail for your DSB Plus profile, then you must create a new DSB Plus profile with the e-mail you used when you ordered Ungdomskort.
You can easily get your Youth card in DSB App by following these three steps:
- Log in to DSB Plus in the app
- Click on the menu point “buy”
- Choose “Get Ungdomskort”

Are you sure you have downloaded the correct app? Which app to use depends on where you live and where you study.
DSB App
If you live and study in two different fare areas, you can get your Ungdomskort in the DSB App.
My Youth Card App
If you live and study in the same fare are on Zealand or the islands, you can get your Ungdomskort in Ungdomskort App.
You can check if you have downloaded the correct app by logging in on mitungdomskort.dk. Here you can find a QR-code which will open the correct app.
You information must be correct on mitungdomskort.dk.
If you cannot see your Ungdomskort in DSB App it might be because we do not know the phone number or the e-mail you are using. Make sure we have the right information at mitungdomskort.dk

Yes, you can easily transfer your commuter card to another phone if you have signed up for DSB Plus. You simply need to log into DSB Plus on your new phone and choose to transfer your card. You can transfer your card 5 times.

You can buy DSB 1’ supplement if you already have a Commuter Card or a Commuter Pass.
