Refund ticket

If your train was cancelled or if you want to cancel your purchase of tickets

For you, who:

  • Have not been able to complete your journey

  • Have regretted your purchase

  • For you who have purchased too many tickets

How to refund your ticket

  • If you purchased your DSB standard ticket/single ticket/zone ticket at a staffed sales point or a ticket machine, you can get a refund at the staffed sales point.

  • If you bought your ticket through the DSB's app, you can refund it either in the app or on dsb.dk.

     

  • If you purchased your ticket in the DSB online shop, you can refund it on dsb.dk as well. In both cases, refunds can be processed the day before your journey.
