How to refund your ticket

If you purchased your DSB standard ticket/single ticket/zone ticket at a staffed sales point or a ticket machine, you can get a refund at the staffed sales point.

If you bought your ticket through the DSB's app, you can refund it either in the app or on dsb.dk.

If you purchased your ticket in the DSB online shop, you can refund it on dsb.dk as well. In both cases, refunds can be processed the day before your journey.

Tickets abroad are basically so-called "through tickets". This means that the travel time guarantee etc. applies to the total journey.
