• Only valid on Zealand, Lolland, Falster and Møn together with a valid commuter card.
• Commuter card without metro add-on is valid in the metro (zones 1-4) with an Extension Ticket, and for one additional zone.
• Valid for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• Half price for children.
• Buy the Extension Ticket before you get on the train, bus or metro.
• Not refundable. Buy it in the DSB's app, in the DOT Tickets app or in a ticket machine at the train or metro station.

You can travel all you want by train, bus and metro for 1 hour 15 minutes within the zones for which your commuter card is valid plus one additional zone. When you buy the Extension Ticket, you choose whether the ticket is to be valid from the very same moment or from a later point in time.
Remember to buy the Extension Ticket to your commuter card before you get on the train, bus or metro.

If you do not have the metro add-on for your commuter card, you can still take the metro if you buy an Extension Ticket. With the Extension Ticket, you can also add one zone to your normal journey. This way, you will have a valid ticket for all the zones you already have on your

If you extend your commuter card by one additional zone in the DSB's app, you can travel within a zone in extension of your commuter card zones.

No. The Extension Ticket is only valid with your commuter card which you must be able to present together with the Extension Ticket when you travel through more zones on Zealand, Lolland, Falster and Møn than what your commuter card is valid for.

You should buy your Extension Ticket before your valid commuter card expires and before you get on the train, bus or metro in the additional zone.
The Extension Ticket is valid for 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time you choose when you buy the ticket. And obviously, you have to buy it before you travel into a zone for which your commuter card is not valid. Or before you take the metro if you do not have the metro add-on on your commuter card.

If you need to extend your journey by more than one zone, you will have to buy an extra ticket for the number of zones you need.
