An accompanying letter is a form that you must fill out and that must accompany the child.
You give the accompanying letter to the children’s guides before the child gets on the train. On the form, you provide your signature to confirm that the child observes the conditions for travelling with our children’s guides and that you have arranged for the child to be picked up.
You can also fill out the form online and bring it for the departure. -
The children’s guides who accompany the children are not child workers. They have no special training. That is why children with physical or mental disabilities and children who require special help, e.g. taking medicine or help going to the toilet cannot travel with a children’s guide.
