You can get compensation if you are delayed for more than 30 minutes.
• You are delayed for more than 30 minutes..
• You have travelled in Denmark og across The Øresund on a ticket, card or Rejsekort..
• You have travelled with long-distance train, regional train or S-train (DB, GoCollective, NT/NJ or Skånetrafiken)..
• You can get a new ticket for the same journey (valid for 6 mths.) or have the amount paid into your NemKonto..
• You cannot apply for Basic Travel Time Guarantee for a journey with commuter card if the commuter card is part of the Commuter Travel Time Guarantee..
Your compensation
If you are delayed and hold a ticket or have a Rejsekort, you can see your compensation here. You can also choose to get a replacement ticket.
