• Order the ID card in 7-Eleven at the station. Remember documentation that you receive disability pension and a passport photo.
Remember documentation and passport photo
When you order an ID card in 7-Eleven at the station, you must remember a recent passport photo and documentation for your eligibility to receive disability pension. You can show the following:
• Most recent payment letter (annual)
• Most recent payment statement (monthly)
• Form completed by the municipality stating your name, civil reg. no. and with the municipality’s stamp
Choose ‘seniorer 65+’ (seniors 65+)
When you buy your ticket, you must remember to choose ‘seniorer 65+ (seniors 65+) to get an automatic discount on your fare. You can also buy Orange ticket and save up to 78% compared with a regular single-ride ticket when you choose ‘seniorer 65+’ (seniors 65+) and do so well in advance.

No. It does not matter whether your disability pension is called senior disability pension, senior pension, partial pension or disability benefit. You can still travel at a discount when you choose ‘Seniorer 65+’ (Seniors 65+) and bring your ID card (recipient of disability pension).

Yes. You can show your documentation on your mobile when you order an ID card for recipients of disability pension in 7-Eleven at the station if you can also show some ID with your civil. reg. no.

You must have an address in Denmark and send a recent photo and documentation that your receive disability pension. That might be a copy of the most recent pension statement from the country in which you are eligible for disability pension. We will contact you as soon as possible when we have reviewed your application.

Yes. You can travel on a Rejsekort for ‘pensioners’ if you submit documentation that you receive disability pension to Rejsekort A/S. You can submit the following:
- Most recent payment letter (annual).
- Most recent payment statement (monthly).
- Form completed by the municipality stating your name, civil reg. no. and with the municipality’s stamp.
You can use Rejsekort to travel in all of Denmark and will always get at least 25% discount compared to a regular single-ride ticket and at least 40% discount on travels across the Great Belt if you travel outside rush hours.
Rejsekort personal, pensioner
With a Rejsekort personal, pensioner, you will be able to take the bus, train and metro at any time. You save up to 40% on the fare depending on where and when you travel.
