• The fare of the journey must correspond to 8 adults.

• Group Tickets can be ordered 6 months before departure.
• Children travel at half price.
• Everyone must hold a seat reservation (DKK 15 per seat).
• The ticket is only valid for the chosen departure.
• Not valid in busses, the metro, local trains and light rail.

A group of 8 or more people
You can order a Group Ticket if you are more than 8 adults travelling together. You can also travel with children and adults on a Group Ticket, if the fare corresponds to 8 adults. E.g. 7 adults and 2 children. Children do not travel for free, but at half price.

You cannot change the number of fares on the Group Ticket, but you can get a refund for the entire ticket. It will cost DKK 40. The ticket must be received by DSB Customer Centre before your departure. You will naturally be able to travel with a fewer number of passengers than stated on the ticket.

In case of delays, you will be able to choose an earlier/later departure.
If your train is cancelled, you can take the next train for the same journey. Contact the train staff on the next train to get help to find new seats. Unfortunately, you might not be able to sit together.
