How do I get help if I need to get from the train to a plane at Copenhagen Airport?

You can get assistance to get between DSB’s ticket sales in Terminal 3 and the platforms.  

 

If you travel to Copenhagen Airport in connection with an air travel, you must call us and order disability service at +45 70 13 14 19 at least 12 hours before departure if you need help. Falck can take you from the train and all the way to your flight seat. They will also help you with any luggage weighing max. 20 kg. 

 

You must also remember to order disability service for the return trip in advance to get the same service from the plane to the train.
