How do I apply for compensation under the Travel Time Guarantee Scheme if I travel on an Øresund ticket or clip card?

If you have been delayed on your journey with an Øresund ticket or clip card, your compensation will depend on the cause of the delay.

• If the  delay occurred in Sweden, you need to apply for compensation from Skånetrafiken
• If your delay occurred in Denmark on a DSB train, you need to apply for compensation under the DSB Basic Travel Time Guarantee Scheme.
