Can I have my international ticket refunded?

International tickets are divided into three ticket types:

• Non Flex: The ticket is not refundable
• Mid Flex: The ticket is usually not refundable as these are often DSB Orange Europa products
• High Flex: The ticket is refundable as it is generally a full price product. Note, however, that this does not apply to Print at Home tickets for journeys in connection with Sweden.
