Values

DSB's success rests upon the sum of each customer's experience and each employee's commitment.

To make it easier for all employees to act in accordance with, and make decisions on the basis of our customer focus DSB has laid down a set of values with which all employees became acquainted during 2003. From the end of 2003, therefore, all departments have started translating these values into action. In future, everyone working for DSB will be assessed on his/her adherence to the values.

DSB's values express the standard of service that DSB wishes to offer its customers.

The values provide directors, managers and employees with a common framework for the provision of services and new products. The values must be an integral part of the organisation's daily life.
